Preschool & Kindergarten Registration for 2022-2023
REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED
Registration was held at the Middle Township Elementary #1 School from Monday, May 2 to Friday, May 6. Preschool students must be 4 on or before October 1, 2022 and Kindergarten must be 5 by that date.
REGISTRATION IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Registration packets must be picked up prior to the above dates. At that time, you will be given an appointment. Packets are available for pick up at Elementary #1 School only.

Registration Requirements
- Proof of residency (3)
- Current signed Lease, Deed, or Tax Bill
- (2) Utility bill, bank statement, public assistance documents, voter registration
- Photo ID with current address/cannot be used as proof of residency
- Original Birth Certificate
- Legal Papers (if applicable)
- Immunization Record
- Current Physical
